At Mortian, we are committed to actually protecting the environment not by glueing ourself to the road but by reducing packaging waste. That’s why we’ve introduced a deposit system for our packaging materials, including cardboard boxes and flat plastic bags. Here’s how it works:

How the Deposit System Works:
For every product you purchase, a small deposit fee of approximately €0.10 is added to cover the cost of the packaging. This deposit ensures the packaging can be reused or responsibly recycled. -
How to Return Packaging:
If you’d like your deposit back, you can return the packaging to us at your own shipping cost. Once we receive the returned packaging, we’ll promptly refund your deposit. -
For All Orders, Old and New:
This system applies to all orders, even those placed in the past. Simply return your packaging, and we’ll refund the deposit based on the number of items in your order. -
Why This Matters:
By reusing and recycling packaging, we reduce waste and conserve valuable resources. Your participation helps make a real difference for the environment! - Dont be afraid:
Some of the cardboard boxes we use may have old product names or markings on them. These are recycled boxes, repurposed to reduce waste. Rest assured, the contents are always exactly what you ordered!
