Carrier & Tracking: All orders are shipped via DHL and its local postal partners. Please note that real-time live tracking is not available for all shipments; for some packages, tracking status is limited to confirmation of delivery.
Lost Shipments & Investigations: If a package fails to arrive, Mortian can initiate an official investigation (Nachforschungsauftrag) with DHL on your behalf. Please be aware that this process usually takes between 2 to 6 weeks—yes, DHL really does take that long.
Processing & Delivery Times: Total delivery time consists of production/3D printing time (if items are currently out of stock), packaging, and standard DHL transit times. My goal is to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 weeks of receipt.
Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas or in July, August – seriously, you guys should go outside, but apparently you love buying plastic tanks in summer), dispatching can take up to 4 weeks.
