Your order will be prepared to ship within days after your payment. A separate e-mail will be sent to you with shipping details. Most 3D printed parts are print on demand and will take another 5 days to produce.

Germany: 3 days
Europe: 1 week
USA: 2-6 weeks (Depending whether DHL uses ship or plane)
Australia: 3-7 weeks (Depending whether DHL uses ship or plane)
NOTE: If a package is delayed by customs delivery may take an additional 4-6 weeks.

I ship to all countries except China and Russia. If your Country is not listed as shipping option yet, please give me a note. I will add it.

Even though I strive to provide the highest possible quality products and service, parts may be damaged during shipping. If parts are damaged or missing when you receive your order please send an email to info@mortian.shop detailing the deficiency and I will send you replacement parts.

Most kits are casted in resin by using a 3D printed master model. Some kits (mostly figures) are directly 3D printed. The used 3D printer for the master models has a z-layer thickness of 0,025mm and a laser point diameter of 0,015mm. It provides super fine details and smooth surfaces, but is very expensive to operate. The 3D printer used for the directly printed models has a z-layer thickness of 0,03mm and a pixel size of 0,035mm. These printers provide super sharp details but some surfaces can still show very fine layer lines.

We ship to the UK as usual. We have no information about additional cost of the customs process. Shipping times are currently roughly 3 weeks. Due to the fact that companies from the EU that sell goods of less than 135£ have to collect and transfer the VAT to the UK we decided to not offer orders of less than 160€. Otherwise we would have to additionally register at the UK tax office (price 900£), create a separate tax report four times a year (700£ each) for the UK and pay additional tax lawyers. Sorry, but this is too much effort. For orders over 160€ we dont have to charge any VAT. You have to pay the VAT during the import process.

• You will receive a  link to a google drive folder directly after your purchase
• You will receive an email with a download link. The email is sent out once a week. Mostly on fridays.

The links will stay active for at least 4 weeks.
